1. Overview

The Parlay Plug is a digital membership service. Because members gain immediate access to premium picks, analysis, private Discord channels, and HomeRunVIP.com the moment they subscribe, refund eligibility is limited. We do, however, make it extremely easy to cancel so you are never stuck paying for something you don't want.

2. How To Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your DubClub member dashboard — no emails, no forms, no friction.

Good to know: After canceling, you keep full VIP access through the end of your current billing period. Your subscription just won't auto-renew.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may issue a refund in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan
  • Technical errors — if a system failure prevented you from accessing the Service
  • Unauthorized charges — if you can verify your account was charged without your consent

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund issued: Because this is a digital membership with instant access, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction with picks performance — all bets carry risk and outcomes are never guaranteed
  • Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal — set a calendar reminder or cancel early
  • Lifetime memberships — no refunds after 48 hours from purchase
  • Account termination for violation of Terms (e.g. sharing picks externally, abusive Discord behavior)

5. Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund:

  • Email theparlayplug@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
  • Include your DubClub email, date of charge, amount, and reason
  • We'll respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback — most disputes can be resolved directly within 24-48 hours.

Filing a chargeback before contacting us may result in immediate termination of your membership and a permanent ban from future services.
