1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Parlay Plug website, Discord community, HomeRunVIP.com, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, members, affiliates, and contributors.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that sports betting is legal where you reside.

The Service is intended for informational and entertainment purposes. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of sports betting in your jurisdiction.

3. Membership Plans

The Parlay Plug offers several membership tiers, including:

• Weekly Membership — $25 per week
• Monthly Membership — $50 per month
• 6-Month Membership — $240 per 6 months
• Yearly Membership — $400 per year
• Lifetime Access — $1,000 one-time payment

All plans include access to the private VIP Discord, daily premium picks, real-time alerts, and HomeRunVIP.com access. Features and pricing may change; active members will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Billing & Payment

Payments are processed through DubClub, which uses Stripe as its underlying payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your DubClub dashboard; your access continues through the end of the current period.

Lifetime memberships are one-time payments and do not renew.

5. Content & Picks

All content provided through the Service — including sports picks, analysis, parlays, Home Run picks, bet slips, educational material, and Discord communications — is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

You agree not to redistribute, resell, scrape, or share picks or Service content with non-members. Doing so may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Risk Disclaimer — No Guarantees

Only wager amounts you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share account credentials with anyone else
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or staff in the Discord
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Impersonate The Parlay Plug or any of its staff
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content without written permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design on the Service are owned by The Parlay Plug. You may not reproduce or distribute any materials without written permission.

By submitting content to the Service (including testimonials, Discord messages, or screenshots), you grant The Parlay Plug a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote that content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, or at our sole discretion.

If terminated for cause (e.g. sharing picks externally, abusive behavior), no refund will be issued. See our Refund Policy for more details.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Parlay Plug, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to gambling losses.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active members of material changes.
